„Super Hotel - würde wieder buchen
Das Essen beim Buffet war sehr gut. Hatten 1 Nacht gebucht und konnten 4 Mahlzeiten geniessen. Selbstbedienung, inklusive Getränke und sogar Softeis. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool war auch gut. Strand ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Wasser im Meer war sehr weich und blau, wirklich wunderbar zum schwimmen. Check In ist mir ein wenig aufwendig vorgekommen. Aber war alles in Ordnung.
Am Abend sind wir ins Italienische Restaurant gegangen und hatten uns leider viel mehr vergestellt. Nudeln gab es Spaghetti und Penne gemischt mit einer anderen Sorte. Sauce war eine einfache Tomatensauce, wie aus der Konservendose. Keine zwiebeln, knoblauch oder Basilikum in der Sauce, was ja Italienisch Basic wäre. Kein Reibkäse. Sehr langweilig und einfach. Der "show-koch" hätte gleich zu Hause bleiben können. Dann gab es noch ein Buffet mit Lasagne, ebenfalls wie aus dem Supermarkt. Nicht wirklich geschmacklich speziell. Salate, wie Tomaten Mozzarella mit Balsamico gab es auch nicht. Nur ein einfacher Rucola Salat. Bin ja überhaupt nicht schwierig was essen betrifft und habe es auch ohne Problem gegessen. Finde aber, wenn man schon solche Reservier-pflichtige Themen Restaurants anbietet sollte da ein wenig mehr kommen. Ich weiss nicht wie das Fisch- oder Mexikanische Restaurant waren, aber das Italienische war sehr enttäuschend. Haben uns mehr auswahl vorgestellt. Normale klassiker wie: Tortellini, Gnocci, Pesto, Arrabiata, Carbonara usw. mit Parmesan Käse. Evtl. waren wir ja auch nur zur falschen Zeit dort. Wenn nicht sollte das ein wenig verbessert werden. Aber ja das Buffet Restaurant war dagegen super.

„Cancun ist eine Reise wert...
Schöne Lage. Sauberes Hotel. Nettes Personal. Angefangen von den bellboys über die Kellner und Barkeeper bin hin zu den Animateuren. Toller Blick vom obersten Pool ins Meer. Erweckt fast den Eindruck eines Infinity-Pools.
Leider sehr hellhörig. Man konnte jedes Geräusch auf dem Gang hören genau so wie lautes Kinderweinen aus anderen Zimmern. Ebenfalls schwierig, da sehr begrenzte Sitzplätze, war die Reservierung der a la Carte Restaurants.

Super Lage, schöner Strand
Nicht Kinderfreundlich, sehr schwierig mit dem Kinderwagen, alles Treppen. Personal teilweisse sehr unfreundlich. Viele zusätzliche Kosten z.B. für guten Wein Preisaufschlag oder für Sonnenschirme am Strand mussten dazu gemietet werden.
